Best Cell Phone Provider in Canada!

I've been with Koodo for just about a year now after switching from Fido and couldn't imagine a better cell phone provider out there. Better reception, better phone selection, better price, better customer support and overall a way happier customer because of all of it. Thanks for being so awesome Koodo!

Back when I was with Fido their selection of Android phones was dismal at best and the few that they had were either overpriced or terrible spec wise. Nowadays I'll admit their selection has definitely improved but personally I prefer Koodos lineup.

Selection wise, Koodo has less phones and offer them months later.
Reception wise, I've had several problems, but can't compare with Fido.
Koodo's customer support is indeed awesome; it is probably why I've been very indulgent with the reception/call quality.

I'm happy too with reception, customer service, phone selection etc. I was aware when I signed up, Koodo has limited coverage(HSPA) in my Province, and expansion will eventually come.

To the point of their phone selection I was including all of the newly announced models as well such as the Blackberry Q10, Galaxy s4 and Nexus 4 phones as well. I personally find I have much better reception now but coverage will depend on the area that you live in of course and where the nearest tower is.

I've been with Koodo for a couple years now and I've never had a word of complaint for them. Much better service and coverage than I had with previous companies! Thanks Koodo ♥ :D

As soon as I got my s4 I thaught it was normal to drop calls randomly shut off apps while in use. I have always overpaid my bill and than find out there is no record of crediting my account. I called customer service to help only to be put on hold for 20+ min which he was on hold within the company. Only to be transferred to another section on hold again this time for over 120+ min. Worst ever I will not call back but to cancel my wife's and I cell phones. I remember when I first became a member I had lots of good things to say about koodo to everyone and made a few people switch. Now I know better! Thanks for nothing !!!
