Bell updated it's email service, now my emails are not updated on my Samsung Note II, please help

Bell told me that because I have a koodo plan I need to resolve this through Koodo. I'm not at all tech savvy therefore I am looking for help

Your Koodo plan has nothing to do with how your bell email is received on your phone. You will have to contact Bell to get them to assist you with proper settings for your email client. Nothing can be done on Koodo's end.

It could have been some POP/IMAP settings that were changed. I would try deleting your email address from the phone and adding it again. I also know that Sympatico emails were notorious for having issues on older Android phones but either way they should be able to help you.

Regardless of which provider you're with, in the end it is a Bell email address so they should have the correct info to sync your phone again.
