Being Incorrectly Overcharged. I have continued to be charged a $5/month add-on fee for unlimited texting. I changed our plan last summer to a plan that includes unlimited texting yet the add-on remains on our bill. Who can I contact to get this removed? I managed to send a message through a link on the website and have messaged through facebook but have yet to get any response.  Am on the $30 100MB Plan SFD

Have you tried removing it yourself?
Login to selfserve, click view rate plan, click manage add ins and then remove it.
Otherwise just wait for a response on Facebook. It isn't a live chat so it can take a few hours for them to answer within hours of operation.
