been trying for 2 days to activate a new SIM card and the koodo website is still being serviced - so I am without a ph

Not happy with the website - cant use my phone and the kiosk where I got the SIM card doesnt help with online things - so now what?

It's been like that for a couple years you actually need to call koodo to change or active the SIM

@Donna, you computer maybe caching an old message for some reason. Refresh history and you should be okay. We've had hundreds of activations the last few days.
