Extremely disappointed with service being experienced. I am a current and loyal customer, who made the switch from Rogers to Koodo nearly a year and a half ago, and I went into store to claim the 10GB for $60 on Saturday. However, they directed me to call the Koodo hotline. I did this every day since then and have either not been able to get through, or have been on hold for hours(!!!!!) each day. To say I am disappointed and frustrated is an understatement. Wtf! Can anyone help me on this issue, because I am going to miss out become of the incompetency of the representatives you have working for you? Otherwise I think I will be cancelling my services after this craze is done.
