I can not access my online billing, the message keeps saying that it can not load, also my bill is almost 15$ more than the agreed monthly bill can you please explain

If you can't access it online your best bet is to contact customer service at 1-866-995-6636. They'll be able to sort your Self Serve issues and explain what happened with the bill. It might be proration and/or overages.
