BBY ID problems

Just received message from Blackberry advising that synchronization services for contacts and calendar have been stopped and to resume this service I must go into my BBY ID. However when I do, my ID is still linked to my old e-mail address with Bell so I can't access or change my password. BBY won't accept my g-mail "E" mail as a valid user name, any ideas how to solve my dilemma. Any ideas would be appreciated..

Make a new BB ID then:

Your existing one is basically unusable since you decided to create it using an email that was eventually going to be non-existent/non-accessible

You will probably have to create brand new syncing relationship with the new BB ID.
