Try going into settings> power or battery>Battery usage to see what's draining your battery.

However this sounds like it could also be an internal issue with the phone if it drains that fast, you should take it to a kiosk and see what they can do (repairs, etc). Do you still have warranty on your device?

In that case, I would take it to a kiosk as long as it hasn't been damaged physically. :)

You can't search the web in general? Or on data?

Have you tried switching to 3g Amanda? I suggest trying that if your LTE connection isn't too good. http://ee.co.uk/help/phones-and-devic...

If you're in an area where you have limited or no 4G/LTE coverage, the phone will continue to scan for a 4G/LTE signal which puts a load on the battery and could cause it to drain quicker than normal. The other factor to consider is the age of the device, more importantly the battery. If more than a year old, the battery may need to be replaced.

If your phone is still covered by the manufacturer's warranty (one year from date of purchase) a replacement battery will be shipped at no cost.
