its saying base plan expired, and I got a text something about my plain expiring. I have been paying every month with this base plan so I donno whats going on.

Have you checked your Self Serve yet? Sometimes there're glitches that cause messages like that to be sent out in error, but it's always best to check.

yah it says :
Service Status: Base Plan Expired

it also says :
Base Plan Renewal Date:
Expired

and i got a text a few days ago saying something about it ending. i do not have the text anymore i forget the wording.

Well then, I guess it wasn't a glitch in the messaging system. If your sure your payments are up-to-date you should contact Koodo at 611 from your cell to see what's up with the renewal.

its not letting me call 611 or even *611 I have paid my base plan every month and bought boosters on it as well. but i can text, and receive calls and call ppl... and use voice male, just no 611

when i call 611 it just beeps

i got a text thursday from 5188 saying i didnt have enough money in my account to renew my $15 plan on aug 3. i called Customer Service friday at 1-866-99-KOODO (1-866-995-6636) from my house phone and talked to a lady there she said it was a glitch in system she was reporting it. not to worry since there was $40 in the account it should be fine.. i logged in tonight. and my account says expired. not impressed at all.

If I remember correctly, there is something in the system where if your doing credit card it will get you to reconfirm things every so many months. That way you don't wind up having charges from Koodo prepaid for years after you stop using it because you forgot to change things.

I just got this message as well! I only ever use top-up vouchers, so I was surprised to see this message as well. According to what showed up on my last top-up, I had until March 7th! What do I do if my service gets interrupted? This seems a bit weird! I added this top-up since Feb 28th!!!

It could be a glitch. But I would call customer service to make sure there is enough fund there and they wont cut you off.
