Base plan expired, amount due 0.00?

I checked my account a few days ago, and although I was setup for automatic top ups I decided to top it up manually before it was supposed to come out (today).

My phone stopped working, so I checked my account and it says that my current balance is $40.00 (the cost of my plan, which I paid), and that the amount due is $0.00.

I'm I right in assuming that the "balance" is the amount of credit on the account, and if so what steps can I take to get my phone service re-instated?

Hello Jordan,

Have you tried re-purchasing the base plan agin?
It looks like I was charged for my automatic top up overnight, and now my base plan is active again. The problem is I had already paid for the base plan so now I've effectively been charged twice this month.

How do I resolve this?

The money will just stay there and be applied for towards the next month. Think of it as paying for next month in advance.
