Base Plan Change Help

I currently had $5 on my account, went to change base plan from $25 to $50 and added $50 to account to change. It automatically applied the $25 and says I have $30 balance in my account and if i want to change plan, I need to top up again? HELP!!

Aye, what probably happened was that your base plan auto renewed, Amanda... What is the expiry date on your old plan?
If that is the case, you can contact koodo and ask them to change the plan for you manually. Normally you need to change your plan before it is time to renew :)
