I opened an account in mid-Dec before there is $120 BYOD credit. I went back to ask for it and was told it is only for new activation. So they cancelled the account and created a new one for me to get BYOD credit. There is some prorated charge in the old account but Koodo sent me an email saying a same amount of credit will be applied. The old account was cancelled on Dec 17. But the amount due hasn't been set to zero yet. When is the balance going to be updated? Do I need to do anything?
