Bad memory causing isues with my self serve

I have forgotten my password and security question for my self serve account. I can't seem to find a place on koodo or someone at koodo to ask.

If the "Forgot my password" link does not work for you, you can call Koodo (*611) and they will help you get into your account again :)

That process takes MAYBE 5 minutes...tops. In cases I have dealt with, 3 - 5 minutes is what I timed, assuming your computer is running efficiently. When/if you call Koodo, Chris, have the agent stay on the line with you while you set up the new profile. Deleting the old profile and setting up a new one is what I found to work without error.
