Bad signal.

Switched to Koodo from Fido because of better package however I'm not able to receive good signal. What's the issue? I can get it in my living room which is literally outside my room but once I step in my room it's gone. Never had this issue with Fido's signal. (Samsung S3)

I think your room is just a dead spot on Telus/Bell network. I've had the opposite experience. I switched to Rogers from Telus recently and I was visiting my mother in the hospital yesterday. I was suffering with a weak 3G signal in the intake area she was in but my sister on Bell had a very strong LTE signal and she was right next to me. Everyone's experience can vary, especially indoors.

Another device may have a stronger signal than the S III but it will be pretty minor.
