Bad link on koodo.com, now I can't login to pay bill.

How do I pay my bill? I am trying to access the login to pay online but it keeps saying that the request is bad. I am using the link on the koodo.com webpage.

Have you registered and logged into Self Serve?

For Monthly customers

For prepaid customers

I am able to log in without issue.

Yes. This is the problem. I can't login to anything because the request comes back as bad.

To quote the website:

I don't know how to do what it wants.

I'm getting the same thing - Getting "bad request, sending plain HTTP on an HTTPS request" - and this is trying to log in to view my bill.

ive restarted my computer and internet and nothing is changed
