Autopayment for second month was charged with late payment charges

I have setup auto payment last month and have already paid my bill manually for the first bill.
This is the second month and it was supposed to get deducted automatically, but it got charged for late payment. What should i do and i am not able to reach any of the customer service number.

Customer support over the phone closes at 9pm. You can send a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter to have it looked into in the morning. It'll probably be closer to noon when you get a reply.
