Yes i registered automatic top up system. I received the message that said 'Koodo: Your base plan has been renewed for another 30 days. Enjoy!'. But still my data doesn't work. Also it is strange that in the image, used talk time is 97min which i used only less than 10 minutes after october 1st.

You need to get a data booster. None of the prepaid plans have data built-in.

Have you had a lot of incoming calls? Th minutes get used up for outgoing, incoming, voice-mail, etc. And there's a multiplier for international calls.

It means you have $31.50 to buy yourself that data booster without spending money, Yuna. You saved up for it with your bonus each month :)

And you should definitely get the largest booster packs whenever possible because the per MB an per minute rates are the lowest. They don't expire so they can last as long as it you will need it for.

The 97/100 minutes used is your 100 minute talk booster add-on bonus which was applied to your account when you registered for automatic top up. You may want to purchase additional minutes as you have only three minutes of talk time left.

Edit: looking at your grand total of $45.00, I think you may have the additional minutes covered. Kindly disregard.
