ATU Discount 10% for This Month

Since I've started with the Prepaid I haven't had an issue. 
But after my payment went through this month (on the 13th) the ATU Discount of 10% was not credited to my account. I looked back historically and I've always had the Automatic Top Up, my Plans Purchase, and the ATU Discount fall on the same day.

Call *611 and speak to an agent. I had the same issue earlier this week and they corrected it. This is not something that you can do in self-service, so there should be no charge.
