As a new customer, if I make my payment with my VISA Card and my billing date is the 23rd, is it considered paid in full on the 23rd?

Hi Sam,

Your billing date and your bill due date are actually two separate things.

Your billing date is when your billing cycle for that month (30 day period) stops, and resets. After this date, your usage limits reset and a bill is created for the past 30 days.

Your bill due date is when your bill is actually due. On self-serve, this should be shown on your homescreen or under billing.

To answer your question in general, when you make a payment with your VISA card, it is applied to the account immediately.

Koodo considers your bill Paid, after Koodo has received the payment.

Hey Sam! Just to clarify Ahmad's comment. If you call us in and speak with an agent to make a credit card payment or make it through your Koodo self-serve account, then the payment will be applied right away in your account. If you make a credit card payment through online banking or through your bank, then it will take Koodo anywhere from 3 to 5 business days to receive the payment. Hope this helps! :)
