I was really dissapointed to discover when I switch to pre paid from my post pay plan the new number required me to dial the area code first to reach the cell which is not normal in my area. Is there some reason for this and is there a fix ?
The 1800 tech support was clueless they just told me, thats how it is, I'll phone the local shop tomorrow. The strange thing is, it is the right area code its the same area code as my landline yet I still have to enter the area code to reach the cell. The old plan is not cancelled yet so maybe I will port the number if it can't be fixed otherwise
