My idea is that you guys should look at your loyal customers that have been with you for a year and give them a free month. Or a month for each year they have been good reliable customer. Thank you

I agree, I actually experience it in Asia.Loyal customers pay only 11mth in a year for lower plans.For 60/mth and above they got 1 mth free every after the 5th bill fully paid on time.meaning 2mths free in a year with the condition that your bills are fully paid on time each mth
