Hello Peter,

Log into your Koodo Self-serve account and go under lost/stolen phone, just report that the phone was lost. You have two weeks to restore it back in the same place afterwards.

Hope this helps!

Or just remove your sim card before you send it in? Why do they want you to suspend your service?

Most likely has something to do with them not wanting to create possible fees to the him and remove their liability. As long as he does not have a CDMA iPhone 4, taking the SIM card out would work, if he has the CDMA iPhone 4, then there is no SIM card to remove.

What they should have done was remove the sim card like Chad talked about and give it to the customer to hold on to because they actually shouldn't be keeping that stuff and I'm almost positive it's against their policy as well.

And uhhh dude you know that CDMA iPhones aren't sold in Canada, were never sold in Canada and can't be used in Canada on any network.
