app wants to reset c/c info and won't accept expiry date or payment

what's wrong with the mobile app? why did it ask me to reenter my credit card info, yet force me not not set the expiry for anything besides Jan 1 and then refuse my payment? my info is in their system and hadn't changed, now I can't make a payment on the app :(

No, when I reset my pin I couldn't get my computer app to open without resetting it too, so I've just been using the mobile app and prefer it as I work on the road...

when I had to reset my access for my mobile app the temporary code would not work for my computer app and now I'm locked out of my computer app. I'm afraid if I reset my access for my computer app I will be locked out of my mobile app. Frustrated

The password for the website and the mobile app is the same password. If you can sign into one, you can sign into the other.

I can't have both on at the same time, and when I reset one the other one doesn't work, I've had to reset them both but I can't even get my password changed on my mobile app. So now I'm back to square one I can't get any help from them on the phone. All they can do is reset my password what screws up the other App locking it outout. no results. Same password won't work.

Also after logging in with my computer it still asks for my c/c info and expiry date and doesn't allow me to set the correct expiry date on the mobile app. I can't get no satisfaction....

Unless you are trying to set up pre-auth payments, you have to put your info in each time.

I have been paying up till now by preauthorized payment monthly with no issues until now when it asked me to resubmit my card and expiry date, I didn't ask for the change and my card expires 2016.

so, yeah, i jut called them and they updated the expiry date. problem solved there.
