App error screen

Hi I downloaded a app on my black berry phone and now my phone will not work at all, it says app error 603 on a white screen and keeps on resetting to that screen....what can I do to fix it?

Can you uninstalling the app or can you not navigate to the BlackBerry world to do the process of uninstalling the app.
If not you might have to do a factory reset

It was actually the blackberry world app i had to update...but no i cant even get my main home screen it goes from a reboot to a white error screen everytime i reset it...how do i factory reset it?

Which BlackBerry?
I had a problem on my Z10 where almost every App would crash (even Settings). I couldn't do anything, pretty much. So I connected it to my PC & using the desktop client I Factory Reset it.

Error 603 points to a JVM or Java Virtual Machine error which is an application related problem. It's likely happening on a device that's running Blackberry OS 7.1 or earlier. My Blackberry 7100i (ancient, I know) running Blackberry OS 4.1, used to get error 603 often. I have yet to see this error appear on newer Blackberry devices running OS 10.
