Can you uninstalling the app or can you not navigate to the BlackBerry world to do the process of uninstalling the app.
If not you might have to do a factory reset

Which BlackBerry?
I had a problem on my Z10 where almost every App would crash (even Settings). I couldn't do anything, pretty much. So I connected it to my PC & using the desktop client I Factory Reset it.

Error 603 points to a JVM or Java Virtual Machine error which is an application related problem. It's likely happening on a device that's running Blackberry OS 7.1 or earlier. My Blackberry 7100i (ancient, I know) running Blackberry OS 4.1, used to get error 603 often. I have yet to see this error appear on newer Blackberry devices running OS 10.

Description of Error 603 problem

To Hard Reset (Factory Reset) your Blackberry

Force detection of BlackBerry smartphone using Application Loader (this may or may not be of use to you)
