Looking at purchasing a dual SIM S6 edge+ on eBay.. It's currently locked to Telus, so I'm assuming Koodo will support this dual SIM? How does it work? Will both phone numbers work at once (both sims koodo, 1 monthly, 1 prepaid) ? Thanks in advance, Scott

Telus never sold a dual SIM S6 Edge + so I'm curious as how it's locked to them.

Was thinking about one of the other phones I'm looking at. This one is factory unlocked (not carrier) Does Koodo support dual SIM's?

There's no reason for Koodo not to support a dual SIM as long as the phone itself supports the frequencies and technologies used. Get the exact model of the phone and check it out at:

Usually only one SIM at a time can use the data channel. Try to get hold of the phone manual and see what the score is directly.

Usually the SIM nr 2 slot supports only 2G therefore there is no chance to use it with Koodo

Check with willmyphonework.net as BobTheElectrician suggested. I figure it should be compatible but check nonetheless. I also expect the secondary to be 2G only, so it'll be very unlikely tht you will be able to have two koodo numbers at the same time, since Telus/Bell do not operate a 2G network. If you really want a secondary number on the same phone, I suggest Fongo or Skype or some equivalent, although I suppose that Rogers prepaid would work as well.
