Do you get charged for accepting an international call while in Canada? I saw one community post on how it says its free if you have the unlimited weekdays/ends after 5pm plan. Im currently at Toronto with the $45 plan and my friend called me from Korea around 6.30 Canadian TIme so i assumed i would be safe but i am still scared about how much my bill has possibly spiked up because of not checking thoroughly about this. please help.

As long as you are in Canada your plan applies. Incoming calls are treated as local. Even if I call you from Uranus, plan applies.

So if I'm on Uranus and call you at 8pm and you have unlimited nights and weekends after 5pm, we can talk until Oberon comes into view and it wont cost you a cent more

All international call are free of roaming charges. It is charged as a normal call therefore it will use from your total airtime minutes.

Someone said it's free beaches if your in the evening or weekend you have unlimited minutes therefore it will not use any of your airtime minutes if it's evening and weekend

Incoming calls use standard minutes from your plan while you are in Canada, regardless of their origin.

You will incur special charges only if you decide to return his missed call.
