Another bad day with Koodo for me , bad service on all points, completely Zero services available for most of the day today 26th of April, starting around 11.am. Problems still persist and it's now 10h30pm. finally reached *611 and a Koodo rep said two walls fell, that's why there's outtages. Is this a joke? It's just adding more to already way too many Koodo problems for me. When i think problems are resolved, no...every time something else happens for me with Koodo. I'm still not gone yet and i pay my bills, the moment is critical, now it's up to koodo if they want me to stay. Good luck with the walls, Thanks!
