I need to know if my American credit card is hooked up for preauthorized payments like I was told it was last month, but I haven't had my payment taken off my credit card. I also have been trying to call koodo costumer service for two days straight and haven't even spoke to any representative. I have all of this documented and I'm ready to send the screen shots of staying on the phone for 2 and a half hours and being hung up on to my uncle who works for the Hamilton Spectator. For a phone company to claim "best in costumer service" you haven't answered any of my phone calls for TWO full days in a row. I am BEYOND upset and demand to be reconciled.

I didn't think a US card could be used for pre authorized payments, as the address on the card must match the address of the consumer, and Koodo sells only to Canadian addresses.
Also, usually the first payment after setting up pre-authorized payments still needs to be done manually.
Finally, you may find sending a private message to Koodo's Facebook account the least time consuming contact method.

My understanding is that Canadian credit cards are needed but if it's working, sweet. I believe it takes a month to take effect.

You're on prepaid, right? You can look in self-serve to see if your credit card is attached and setup for automatic topups
