Self serve app issue

Hello everybody,

I can login without any issue to the website, but when I try the "Koodo Selfserve" app I keep getting an error:

"The usernamea and/or password entered are incorrect. Warning: Five unsuccessful tries will lock your"

Now the lock doesn't happen at all... but still I cannot login, and I am 100% sure the credentials are correct (just used the to login to this forum).

Any help is appreciated ;)

Hi there. Are you logging in to the right area. If your prepaid u have logging in the prepaid and if your post paid you have to logging in for postpaid. When u get to log in screen you can see just under that there's a spot to click to log I. to the opposite area.

Plus I don't think the self serve app works for pre-paid accounts

Lol your totally right. I must of still been sleeping when I answered. It does not support prepaid and even says it at the beginning of the description of the app when u download it.
I hope they will change this some day :)

I really don't understand why Koodo splits pre/post paid as much as they do. Different SIM cards, Different Self Serve, Different Apps. You would think they would find a way to merge it all together like most companies do
