Wow, you guys continue to impress by jumping on ever opportunity to show your pathetic customer service... You do know you are talking on behalf of your company to a customer that hasn't even received your product yet??

Sooo... the webstore receives emails for cancellations?? but don't see the ones when people are asking for help or status on their orders?

As stated, the Mobile Masters do not work for Koodo, nor do they have access to your account or order info.
