And I forgot to turn my WiFi on...now my data is excedded in one day!

OK...so I totally take responsibility for this one, but I am hoping that Koodo might be able to help.

Yesterday I realized that my 300MB and 300 airtime minutes in my plan weren't enough as I went over and I will have to pay overages for the month of April.

I decided yesterday to switch to a plan that is $5 more a month to get 500MB and 500 airtime minutes to ensure that I don't get over again and have to pay.

Well, yesterday I had to reboot my phone and FORGOT to turn on my WiFi on my cell at home. Day 1 of having 500MB and I'm now at 623MB. Is there anyway that I am able to have the overages refunded? It was an honest, stupid mistake. If you look at my previous usages, I go nowhere near my data amount.

You might get a warning from them as a one time thing only because at the end of the day, you're responsible for the phone and how you use it-:)

Beg for mercy politely... you are dealing with the oil company that sold you this "hybrid" car. It will run on home electricity just fine if you remember to plug it in, but will suck gas if you don't. And they are in the business of selling gas.

I'm not shy about using my data when out and about, and have used about 980 MB since March 28, when I last reset my phone. You might wish to consider an even larger data plan if you consume those amounts in a day, just as a precaution.

Purchasing the larger data plan might allow the additional change in the month as well. Else you are looking to pay an additional $20 - $25 if you use your usual amount of data this month. Likely an inexpensive error as errors go.......
