'An error occurred while logging in' message when trying to pre-order a phone

I'm trying to pre-order a new phone on Koodo's website, but whenever I click on "Get a new phone" when the "I'm new to Koodo/I'm a Koodo customer" pop-up shows up, I get this message: "An error occurred while logging in. Log in"
When I click on Log in, nothing happens. I tried on Google Chrome and on Firefox and I still get the same message.

Are you a  Postpaid Koodo customer, do you have any current Tab with your plan?

My previous tab has been cleared, I even have a positive tab. I'm a monthly customer.

I just tested on my account, it was okay to add a phone to the cart. I signed in first though. Then --> shop --> Phones. I didn't see the error on the login.

I would suggest you clear the cache of the web browsers and go again. There should not be another log in, once you logged in up front.

I think if there was a problem with their selfserve, Calling koodo for help or send a facebook messages is the solution.

The issue is with your Koodo account, not Self Serve, not the browser, not the internet connection, definitely not the electrons that power your device. Contact Koodo.
