I do not understand our billing amount. We have paid what our monthly charges are on our contract but we are being billed at least double that amount and I can not find a history to tell me why.

Log onto self serve on a computer. Then download your pdf ebill. The details should be in that pdf file

When and How did you pay your bill? If you pay it through online banking, it could take 3 to 5 business days. So they might issued you a bill before they received it.

I have gone over all the ebills and they add up to 484.95. I then went through all my bank statements and the amount paid adds up to 505.69. Why would our overview be 82.82 and the ebill received be for 290.00 something ( I can't find the amount sent to us as it's on my husbands phone not mine) Since I pay the bills it would be much easier if I received this ebill on my phone.

what does the details tell you on your last bill?

It should say what your payments were and what the charges are for.

Also if you pay early or pay multiple times it may not capture in time on the new ebill. Ex. If you paid 3 days before you get your new ebill, that transaction probably wont be on that ebill

You should call Customer Care which is *611 on your Koodo cell (free call) and they will help you with your billing issue.

Is that all you're basing it on? You just calculated the totals of each? Did you actually set up a timeline of when the bills were released, how much they were and how much you paid and on what day? I highly suggest doing that instead since you can see where the discrepancy is, if its there. You could have accidently added a Koodo charge that may not have necessary been a bill payment.

ebills are only accessible via self-serve so unfortunately you can't have them sent to your phone. This applies to all customers.

You can have the account holder call Koodo and they can explain his bill/payment history as well or it can be accessed via self-serve through 'transaction history'

You can ask your husband what is the email address and password for Koodo's self serve account. Then you can access it any time you want to check your bill or usage...etc. That's what I do :)
