Amount on the bill is wrong!!!

Hello! I've received a bill for August and was shocked!!! The amount is 106$!!! I want to contest my bill. On July 6 I've changed my plan from 35$(unlimited calls) to 30$ (100min) because I couldn't use the internet in my phone. But on July 12 I have changed again my plan to the prevoius one (35$ unlimited calls). I've changed it by calling to Koodo by *611, as you know my self serve didn't work. Operator of Koodo (his name was Dodu or something like this) said me that he changed my plan to unlimited calls. So from that time I thought that I am using 35$ plan and I made many calls. But on my bill I saw that nothing changed and you charged 71$ for calls only! You can check you records, I think koodo is recording all calls to avoid such situations. If you check, you'll understand that my plan was changed to unlimited calls from July 12, 2017. Please see into this situation and update my bill, othervise I should find top manager of Koodo and ask him. With respect, Aibek

Hello there,

Are you sure you weren't charged for the minutes you used during the small amount of time you had the 30$ plans? If. You talked 50 minutes in that shirt period of time, because of proration, you would pay overages because you went over your minutes.

Could you take a screenshot and post page 3 of you ebill leaving out any personal information. This way we can help try to explain the charges. (It sounds like proration or the plan truly was never changed.)
To dispute bills though you have to contact Koodo through facebook or any of the methods in the contact us section below.

What is your billing cycle?  It looks like minutes got prorated too,
I was sure that after having conversation with koodo staff, my plan is changed and I can use unlimited calls.

Correct but if your old plan had 100min, you had used 90 lets say, and switched halfway through your billing cycle, then you used 90/50min so you therefore went over.

Hi Aibek, I see that on August 9 you changed your plan in Self Serve from $30 100MB 100min  to the $35 1GB Unltd min Plan.  Your new $35 plan took place immediately but please keep in mind that your  August 6 bill is for calls on your old $30 plan that has 100 minutes.  This bill is for calls you made from July 7 to August 6 and additional charges for going over the 100 minutes.  You also have a unpaid portion of July's bill carried over which makes your bill higher than you might have expected.  You can also view the call details in Self Serve.  Hope this helps.
Yes, I changed my plan by myself online (self serve), when I found out that your operator didn't change my plan. 
July bill was 20$ (because I overpaid previous months). I paid 20$. This 106$ is August bill.
