Hello! I've received a bill for August and was shocked!!! The amount is 106$!!! I want to contest my bill. On July 6 I've changed my plan from 35$(unlimited calls) to 30$ (100min) because I couldn't use the internet in my phone. But on July 12 I have changed again my plan to the prevoius one (35$ unlimited calls). I've changed it by calling to Koodo by *611, as you know my self serve didn't work. Operator of Koodo (his name was Dodu or something like this) said me that he changed my plan to unlimited calls. So from that time I thought that I am using 35$ plan and I made many calls. But on my bill I saw that nothing changed and you charged 71$ for calls only! You can check you records, I think koodo is recording all calls to avoid such situations. If you check, you'll understand that my plan was changed to unlimited calls from July 12, 2017. Please see into this situation and update my bill, othervise I should find top manager of Koodo and ask him. With respect, Aibek
