What do you mean by "blink"? What browser and type of computer are you using?

I sometimes see the page header 'flashing' as my browser tries to render it, but it eventually settles down. It may be trying to fit the image into a specific space by choosing between a number of optional images. It might caused by the new responsive page rendering software that creates output for just about any screen from the one set of inputs.  Not a big deal. On your computer you can try a slightly different sized window to see if that helps.
