My computer does not install my phone. The manual says to Download some software but i cannot find it. I just started using the ALCATEL ONE TOUCH POP ICON. I also want to install some MP3 Ringtones from my micro SD card. The phone can read the picks and I can play the tones from the card but don't see them in the ring tone list.
Thanks all

Hey there,

I suggest to check the user guide to see if you can assign mp3 files as ringtones on your phone.

You should be able to find the software you're looking for on this link:

Hope this helps!

If you see a good answer, give it a star.

Expanding on Tayeb's information; to obtain Alcatel's One Touch Centre and Mobile Upgrade tool, click the link below. I could not locate the software using Alcatel's Canadian support portal. The link below is from Alcatel's global support portal. From another source, this is the alias for your device: Alcatel One Touch Pop C7.

Hi Khaled, how can we help you? When you have a question, the best is to start a brand new post so everybody can see it and reply :)

Nothing that is being said about downloading One TOUCH Center works. I can't download it on my computer. Another problem I have is with the SD card, there is an error message saying the SD card is full.  What can I do to clear it. I have deleted all my photos.

Hi Nannette,

If you're still looking for software for your phone, the link above has changed.

Here's the new link:

Downloading the Mobile Upgrade may correct the issue with the SD card reporting as full. If not, format the SD card using Android's SD card format utility. This can be found under Settings > Storage > Erase/Format SD card. The Smart Suite software is also available for download on this page.
