Airtime minutes 5pm-8am

Hi I have the $50 double data 2GB and 500min across Canada. When I check my usage it looks like it is counting any phone calls I make even between 5p till 8am. When I login to Koodo's self serve under current billing cycle I see 0min for Airtime but when I click on it it shows 54min that includes evenings and weekend. I just joined on Nov 17, 2016

Air time details show you every minutes you used. So you can check how many minutes you have used in total.(daytime minutes + unlimited minutes)
And the usage circle show you only daytime minutes

Thanks for your reply. That's what I though but I see day time minutes that have occurred but don't see them in the usage circle. Even on the data usage side. I see there is data used in the detail but in the usage circle it says 0.

For the data usage, they usually give you about 10 days of data trial days. So you can see how much data you will use for your needs.
For your minutes usage circle, how many minutes does it say? It should show you partial minutes for the first billing cycle.

I have 54 min used all together when I look at the detail. It should show 31 min in the Airtime circle but it doesn't. Basically it should show 31 min day time minutes.

Hey Fred! Just confirming that all Canadian artime + data usage done within the 10 first days (including the activation date) will not count towards your monthly bucket which is why you don't see it on self-serve yet.  It will update on the 11th day (Nov 27th) :)

ahh, that's why data is showing up under Koodo Mobile not the Shock-free data.
