I'm using Canada wide plan for call thou charged me airtime min for incoming call last month. How could they charge?

If you've went over your minutes it's possible that you get charged for those minutes. How many minute do you have in your account?

Have you reviewed your detailed PDF ebill?  This usually contains your bill info and why you were charged

Also, unless your plan specifies unlimited incoming calls, incoming calls will use your airtime the same way that outgoing calls do.

Canada Wide Plan just means you get no long distance charges when calling to and from anywhere in Canada. If you have unlimited minutes than that is a different story.

I have 500min per month for call. I don't think I've used over minutes.
