Air time usage duplication

When I got my monthly bill I noticed I was being charged for extra air time. When I looked through my usage I noticed a duplication which caused my total minutes to exceed my max (please see the attached photo for details). While I was not charged for these particular calls, I was charged for 16 extra minutes overall, so I'm hoping there is a way to fix this up and reverse the charges. Any help is greatly appreciated, thank you.

Sure! Billing disputes require speaking with a rep directly so if you send a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter they will be able to fix it for you.

@David, if you open up your pdf invoice you will see there is only one line item associated with that call. It doesn't look like it was duplicated.

Ah yes, I was able to find the pdf and I see what you mean. And I apologize, I think when I initially added up the minutes I missed some time which made my total less than 100, but I got the right total now. Thank you kindly for your help!
