Trying to change address but Self Serve says it's invalid

I have been trying to change my address using valid information, but it still declines the address as a false one. What should I do?

If you're new customer wait to receive first bill, else check postal code spelling, otherwise call *611

It means that the automatic verification of the address through the canada post system is failing. Customer service can force it through. If you're concerned about service charges, let them know that you already tried through self serve and it wouldn't allow the change. In such cases any applicable charges can be waived.
