Additional usage charges

Hey,

So i got an additional 5$ charge on my bill this month for supposed extra data charges. However i have Shock Free Data and on top of that haven't even spent all my data this past month. So i'm wondering how is it possible that i get additional data charges. 

I am also aware that you need to send a specific SMS to Koodo to get extra data, which i haven't sent ever.

Can anyone tell me whats up with this or did i miss something?

Double check page 3 of your bill. What does the charge specifically say it is? If it also shows you didn't go over your data and at no point you were roaming or close too the American border, it could be a premium charge of some sort that youforgot you signed up for or something. Let us know what it says.

It says :

Utilis.de données 5,00 $ Utilisation totale 1,848.711 (MB)

Having a 2 GB data plan, this wouldn't make any sense as I, according to them, haven't even busted my data limit

Edit: Also, i never came close to the American border just to clarify that extra bit :)

It could be a glitch in Koodo data usage report system. I would suggest you contact Koodo (call or send message to their facebook) to get it fixed.

Hi there...

Log in to your self serve and make sure you set the proper data notofications... So like this the system will notify and block at 100%.
