I was overcharged for data, while I used just 300 MB of 1 GB in monthly plan. It shows 24.95 $ dditional usage charege, only including application store service in My bill. I never download and use any app using data .
Plz see my Bill
Can I ask Koodo to remove it from my Bill?

It could be from purchase made within apps such as upgrades in games or subscriptions or paid apps billed to your carrier as well not the data used to download said app.

Application store service is likely a charge from Google store on your Android (or apple?). I would double check if you accidentally bought anything from it.

What phone are you using now?

The amount of $4.99 was charged 4 times on Nov 26, did you recall playing any games or doing something on that date? they looked like some in-app purchase from Google (and Apple).

To dispute charges, you would have to call Koodo or send message through facebook. Only Koodo agents, who have access to your account can review the charges and make decisions.

Good to know :)) why do we still allow that Triton to charge customers directly to the bill these days. $4.99 for a 800 call? lol
