Additional usage charges $1.80 Airtime appeared on my bill

Clicked on the red stop sign icon and a usage list appeared.  1) I'm on a 200 minutes plan and the total usage was 172 minutes. 2) There were 2 calls at the same time, on the same day, for the same duration (17 minutes) from 416-309-3270 - obviously a robo call. Why the extra charge, when I'm under my minutes and way under my minutes if the robo call is excluded?

Did you change your plan during the billing cycle? What is the rate given for the calls? Not sure what's going on, especially if they were incoming calls. If there's any more details please share. @Graeme - I just looked at your bill and don't see charges for the phone number you mentioned.  I see 2 calls to NY at $0.90 each.One on Aug 4 and the other on Aug 8.  Hope this helps!
