To do this, you need to transfer your phone line to the other persons account. This is called a transfer of ownership. You need to call in at *611 from your Koodo phone and authorize a transfer of ownership. You give the name of the person who would take it over. Then, either during the same call or at a another time, the person taking over the phone line speaks with Koodo to complete the transfer. At this point you are no longer needed. Another credit check may be done on the person the account is under that the line is being transferred to. A $25 fee applies. You can do this in-store as well for free. It must be a Koodo kiosk/store.
