Adding a phone to my account from another account. I have an account with koodo. My daughter also has one and has 2 phones on it. My wife is using her second phone which is texting only. How can i transfer that phone to my account and will she then be ableto share my data features?

Hi there Larry... As far as data sharing, by now is not possible with Koodo... Who knows in the future, you know it is a dynamic field and changes a lot.

To make the transfer, this is what we call a Transfer of ownership, meaning that one line can be moved to another account...

The number, plan and existing TAB will be transferred as long as the person receiving the line is eligible to have more than one line...

Koodo will need the approval of both parties, the one receiving the line and the other giving the line away.

At Koodo shop this transaction will be free of cost...

Hi Larry, Camilo is right except that a $25 fee is applicable on your account and it cannot be done in stores: http://koo.do/1JEWXST (under "Call us). Your wife must call us first at *611 or 1-866-995-6636, option #5 to initiate the transfer. If you are with her, the agent can then talk to you and proceed with the transfer. Otherwise, you'll have 10 days to call us :) When both phones will be under the same account, you'll enjoy unlimited calling between your phones! Thank you!
