Added 1gb of data ....

Just got an email stating that I made a recent change today ...I logged on to self serve and sure enough it states that I added 1gb of data ...I did not do this ...as a matter of fact that line has a paid data blocker

@Patricia: Have you received a Text from Koodo and replied to it? and do you have another number with that account?

If you didn't do any of that, you could send message to Koodo facebook (https://www.facebook.com/Koodo) to avoid the wait on phone and ask the agent to look into it.

The same thing happened to me as well. I also got a text saying that it will drop off my account after 60 days. It's a free two month data plan.

I received the same message, it's a promotion adding 1 GB of data free of charge for two months.  It will automatically drop off after 60 days.

Be aware, though, that you have to re-add the data block (they said at no charge). If you don't, you will start being charged for data usage after 60 days.
