Added 1gb of data ....

Just got an email stating that I made a recent change today ...I logged on to self serve and sure enough it states that I added 1gb of data ...I did not do this a matter of fact that line has a paid data blocker

@Patricia: Have you received a Text from Koodo and replied to it? and do you have another number with that account?

If you didn't do any of that, you could send message to Koodo facebook ( to avoid the wait on phone and ask the agent to look into it.

The same thing happened to me as well. I also got a text saying that it will drop off my account after 60 days. It's a free two month data plan.

I received the same message, it's a promotion adding 1 GB of data free of charge for two months.  It will automatically drop off after 60 days.

Be aware, though, that you have to re-add the data block (they said at no charge). If you don't, you will start being charged for data usage after 60 days.
