Add-on purchase didn't activate.

Last month, after a higher than normal bill I purchased the $10 /m 1000min US air time add-on.

I received confirmation of the purchase in the Self-Service portal.(oddly not via email though) Assuming the Add-on was applied to my account and throwing caution to the wind, I went on making long distances calls.

Much to my surprise the Add-on was never applied to my account and I now have a $300+ bill.
Does anyone know how I can correct this?

What plan do you have? Is it unlimited minutes included?

The $10 /m 1000min US add-on covers for long distance charge. There will be minutes overage charge  if you have limited minutes and went over during those calls.

Can you check your Ebill if this charges under minutes overage, long distance charge or mix of both.

Do you see the add-on on your self serve account?

Also, did you check Allan's reply that's showing you which area code is not included on that add-on?

As well, that add-on doesnt include calls to the following numbers:
559-726, 712-775, 712-432, 605-562, 605-475, and 530-881.
