If your looking to speak with an agent, they are closed until tomorrow. If you mean authorize data as you received a text saying you needed to. You should just be able to respond to it . Let me know if its something else please.

You should just be able to keep using it, and it gets added to your bill.

No. I added a stop when i passed my alotted gigs. My daughter was running it up 180.00 every month. Good thing love overtakes anger. Lol

okay you will have to contact customer care to get the overage block removed tomorrow when they open at 9am. DId you have this stop put on through customer care?

There are no additional data buckets available in self serve. For additional data, you would have to pick a plan with more data.
