I get alerts when my bill is due, and how much it is. Why can't an alert be set when I am close to using all my airtime minutes? I just got a bill that is DOUBLE than usual. And get serious, people don't have time or remember to check 611 or my online account.
This is apparently more complicated than we think. Nobody seems to have an airtime alert, although the companies are able to send alerts regarding data usage. Go figure. We've been with Koodo for nearly 7 years now, and find this company excellent. We hope they will supply this app to their customers soon.
