After activation and after waiting for 90 days I added to my account my husband. However, customer service asked me many questions (SIN number, driver's license number, PIN codes, etc.) for 15 min and AFTER that refused to add my son claiming that according to the "rules" I have to wait another 90 days. As if she did not know the rules without making me to talk for 15 min.

Upon activation of an account , its 3 phone numbers max so yours + 2 more.
After 90 days of service you can add 2 more phone numbers for a maximun of 5 total per account.

Are there any certainty in the rules and why am I different? And what should I do in this situation - wait and hope?
